Titanium Backup links for the Play Store above

AS ALWAYS DO A BACKUP IN RECOVERY:
LIKE USUAL AU OR I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR PHONE:

1. Requirements
Of course, you need an Android phone which – you might have guessed must be “rooted”. That is, you must have “super-user” permissions on your device; . So this is something you have to take care of yourself. Also required is that you have the “superuser” application installed, which in most cases is done during the “rooting process”.
Titanium Backup is designed to work on any rooted Android device. Android OS versions from 1.5 to 6.0.1 are tested and supported.
2. Installation
If all requirements are met, you can go to the market and install the application from there – as you do with all other applications. But only the Pro paid version will freeze apps.
3. First start
Titanium Backup uses an optimized, built-in version of busybox by default, so you usually don’t need to change anything. If, however, you have problems with root access or with busybox, try hitting the “Problems” button to upgrade your “Superuser” app first. If the issue persists, you may try to enable the “Force use system busybox” option in the preferences as a last resort.
For those who are interested in this (and are too lazy to look it up at Wikipedia :) ): You can think of busybox as a “system toolbox”. Simply put, it collects a bunch of basic Unix/Linux tools and bundles them into a single binary, taking a minimalistic approach: Offer as much as needed, take up as little space as possible. Titanium Backup makes use of this functionality (why to invent the wheel twice?), and thus needs this executable.
I myself never use titanium backup to back up apps. The reason why is if some apps dont install correctly it will cause problems and fc's. I always install apps one by one yes that can take awhile depending how many apps you use, but if you have 100 apps and restore with tb and get fc's by the time you track down the problem to fix i could have downloaded them apps one by one..lol  Back in the Jellybean days you might get away with it.

Note 1: In order to freeze these apps, you must have root access and Titanium Backup Installed.
Note 2: If you found other bloatwares or if you have some advices, please post.
Note 3: Please use some caution when Freezing apps, just because they are 'safe' to freeze doesn't mean you won't need them or dependent for other app to work proply.
For example: Do not freeze GoogleContactsSycAdapter.apk if you need to sync your Google contacts.
always freeze something first before uninstalling.

Everybodys set will not be the same. you may use apps that i dont use. This setup is from my note 4 running 4.4.4 ANK4. The purple highlighted apps are what is shown freeze in tb.

These are apps that i dont use and freeze thru tb. If i do need to use an app i can just defrost the app.

This setup will be different to tb. This is on a AT&T note 5 running 5.1.1 OJ1. No root so tb is out of the question. But there is a paid app on the play store (Package Disabler Pro  for Samsung devices. It will freeze unwanted apps from running. Here is a few pics. Don't need root for this app.
