Butchieboy you can use the mods file on overdrive's thread to add apks to the stock rom. Just extract the file on your computer and pick the modes you want like adaway music apps and so on then just install like any apk..

Rom ports? Only "[ROM] Maximum OvrDriVE 6.0.1 MM V.8 (7/15/16) [910T/910W8/910T3]" is Marshmallow. By the way, v8 released this morning. Post #2196 (page 220) has the changelog. And thanks for the tip about unzipping the mod zip.

I seen n5 and s7 and the overdrive rom I have v7.1 I haven't been on the lap top to look..ya it was just easier to unzip the mods files and pull the apks I want than adding all the weight from the file on the SD card. I think the n5 build shows a darker theme to it.

Question folks ....... Besides the obvious Android Pay benefits, OTA updates and the whole "Systemless/Stock Kernel" "SystemMode/Permissive Kernel" thing, what are the other benefits to Systemless over System-mode? ..... also, has anyone here run into any apps that actually don't work on Systemless?

Well system less root doesn't hack up the system partition it's easier to unroot if you have a unmatchable kernel you won't Simi brick your phone. After force said he didn't or never had a problem with. So I reflashed over drives rom and kept ed it systemless. I could of just unroot ed and reflashed the stock kernel then rerooted. I'm running tb still freezes apps plus Wanam xtouchwiz works well greenify works and sees it as root. Xprivacy root browser works really the phone still acts like hard root even amplify and wakelock works.. so I've tried it and have no complaints as of yet but I can't say the same about other devices I only have it on the note 4 I think I left out xposed does work I'm using 85.5 xposed by wanam..

Thanks for all that info in so few words!!!! I am doing over my Note 4 again tonight and just wanted to pick the right path. I had stop using Titanium Backup since it was causing stupid restore issues when I was on the Note 3.......... I might start using it again.
Normally I install over a hundred apps, but this time I think I am gonna keep it simple. All of the apps you described are gonna be part of my install.... Again thanks!

I never restore app from tb anymore there's problems earlier firmwares like ics, jellybean maybe ok but kk started having SD card write issues and the bits in system started some changes then that many apps say 100 restoring can cause an issue and trying to tract down one or two app problems you could install them one by one in the same mount of time.. I may use tb to back up an app if I Uninstall it then if there was a problem I could restore that app. If you look at it this way most devs change the roms that suite them and when you back up stuff from one rom and change to another rom that's build differently then theirs a bigger chance for failure restoring apps. If you notice then users are reporting bugs in the devs work the devs start reworking their work to find the problem when there isn't nothing wrong on their end..lol if you are using a rom that you can dirty flash might be OK. Key word might..lol  now days you can have the pre rom setup restore your apps if you want. That's why I just use the simple root apps help keep the wakelocks down. That's the way I look at it other guys can chime in on their view..lol

The way you explained Titanium Backup, is exactly the way I use it.... Especially for that odd app that I forgot to backup its data/settings.
However, the wakelock numbers are something I need to pay more attention to.
Thanks again for the info.
